    • Thank you very much for your proposal request from American Community Management (ACM). We are very excited to have the opportunity to work with your community, and we greatly appreciate your time and consideration. In response to your request for proposal, please see the following documents, each of which are attached separately:

      1. Proposal Letter: This letter introduces ACM, lists the services included in our Administrative and Accounting Package and provides a price quote. Please note meetings would be under our addendum rate.

      2. Sample Contract: This is a sample copy of ACM's standard management contract for the Administrative and Accounting Package along with our addendum for any additional services that may be required.

      3. Bel Pre Recreational Brochure

      We would be happy to make ourselves available to discuss our proposal and services in more detail. Hoping to hear from you soon.

    • Our Administrative and Accounting Package is listed in Exhibit A, found on pages 5 - 7 of the contract. It includes the following services: maintenance of checking accounts, maintenance of separate accounts, recording the collection of assessments, records of income and expenditures, payment of expenses, audit of association financial records and legal representation, resale certificates, maintenance of association records, unit/lot owner correspondence, architectural support committee, employment of personnel and limited assistance with services and contracts. Our proposed management fee for the Administrative and Accounting Package is $750.00 per month.

    • Please see attached a copy of our standard pricing, office & postage fees which are charged per use (detailed monthly reports will be provided for any fees charged), and an electronic copy of our brochure. Please let me know if you would like me to send any of these documents by mail in hard copy.
