The Long Term Planning Committee will be holding a meeting on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 7:30 pm.

We will discuss a general overview of the following:

• BPRA Survey

• Capital Improvements Review and Recommendation

• Building Maintenance Plan Schedule

• Annual Assessment Recommendation

• Annual Assessment Increase Information Campaign

• Maintenance History

For each of the above, we will discuss tasks, establish timelines and assign tasks to interested members.
